I went into the M&S store near me on Monday and saw very little about the Plan A. This is a very big store, selling homeware, clothing and food, and the only promotion of Plan A is writing on the wall by the escalator stating 'we use sustainable products'.
Will go in there again and look around customer services.
Thanks. I've been in some big stores and seen it on the walls before, I know the one in Oxford Street has a few bits, unless that's changed.
ReplyDeleteThink it's important we don't get sidetracked by how they advertise the campaign though. It was pointed out when we were going through the brief that this isn't about the advertising so I don't think it matters too much.
